Welcome to Show Source Studios! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our services and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Show Source Studios offers professional podcast and video production, content marketing, creative consulting, and related services. Detailed descriptions of our services and pricing are available on our website. Refer to our Creative Services page for more information.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or booking.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment processing is securely handled by third-party providers such as PayPal. We do not store payment information on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued if the client is not satisfied with the final product delivered by Show Source Studios. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the final product.
• Refunds are not applicable to complimentary sessions unless ownership of the content is purchased.

5. Ownership of Content

• Clients retain full ownership of content created during paid sessions.
• Content recorded during complimentary sessions is partially owned by Show Source Studios unless ownership rights are purchased by the client. We may use this content for promotional purposes, portfolio showcases, or training materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Use of Facilities

• Studio bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
• Clients are responsible for the conduct and behavior of all individuals present during their sessions.
• Show Source Studios staff will monitor equipment usage to ensure proper operation and care. Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed to the client for reimbursement.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients.
• Tamper with or misuse studio equipment.

9. Limitations of Liability

• Show Source Studios is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of our services or equipment.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the studio.
• Our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

10. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
